A Year of Projects Sunday Update #3

I've been a slacker this week!  The weather was HOT! HOT! HOT! By the time I put Babgygirl to bed I was done, just watched some TV until I passed out.

The only thing I worked on this week was Babygirl's sweater.  Here's the most current photo:

I've decided to make the sleeves a bit longer than the pattern calls for, so I'll have to do sleeve one over.  If I have enough yarn left I may make a hat to go with the sweater.  Anyone have a children's hat pattern to recommend?

  1. I could not see the photo BUT I know when its that hot out - its exhausting and the last thing I want to do is pull a wooly project into my lap. Working on the "beast-ghan" this summer has been a challenge for that very reason.

    1. It's actually a tangerine, just can't seem to get the lighting right when I take the photos.

  5. That's a lovely colour for a little girls jumper, plus you'll be able to pick her out in a crowded place.

    1. That's an added bonus! I didn't even think of that because she's just started walking so she's usually in her stroller when we go out.
