Solar Flare: still looks like this :)
My version of All The Shades of Truth, in worsted weight yarn (Vanna's Choice by Lion Brand). Still looks like this:
Now for the new stuff:
Babygirl's sweater. I am loving this yarn, although it can be splitty at times. This has been a quick knit. I think I need to knit baby sweaters more often...they go so fast! Working on the last sleeve now! Sorry for the crappy picture. We are in the middle of a heat wave and I wanted to get this posted before Babygirl wakes up. As soon as she wakes up we are headed out to the mall for a show, then we're setting up her pool because it is going to be hot and nasty today!
Hallett's Ledge: Swatch is done. I need to pick up a set of circular needles. I'm waiting until I finish Babygirl's sweater. That way I can't start :)
The back is finished:
I've started the front:
Lovely, they are all very lovely. I am sure you will get back to your two neglected projects as soon as they grab you again
ReplyDeleteThanks! I'm trying to limit myself so they don't fall off the radar and end up UFOs!
DeleteLOVE your work! The black cardigan with the cables is beautiful and I love the green with the yellow and the darker stripes between them. Gosh you have plenty to do also:) But it makes the mind happy, doesn't it?
ReplyDeleteThank you! I find I need the variety, otherwise I get bored with a project and don't knit/crochet at all because I don't want to work on that one project. Unfortunately, I sometimes have too many things going, so I do need to limit myself. I'm still trying to find that happy medium.
DeleteSo many lovely WIPs :-) Your "Shades" look great, looking forward to seeing it finished as it's such an interesting pattern, isn't it?
ReplyDeleteI love the pattern. Once I saw it I knew I had to make it.
DeleteAll beautiful!
ReplyDeleteThank you!
DeleteI love the colour of Solar Flare, it's going to be gorgeous! I love the front of the lacey cardi.
ReplyDeleteYou are busy! Love the look of all your projects
ReplyDeleteThank you!
DeleteThank you! Vanna;s Choice yarn by Lion Brand really helps me experiment with color and choose colors I wouldn't normally think go together. I love that line!
