I feel like such a slacker. This is all I've worked on since Friday:
Really not sure what's going on with me and knitting/crocheting right now. I'm just not feeling it :( At this point I'm not sure what to do. Do I step back and take a little break? Start something new? Force myself to work on what I've got on the hooks needles? I don't like feeling this way. Knitting and crocheting are my stressbusters. They usually help me to relax. Right now, not so much. I'm hoping this passes quickly.
Forcing things never works. If you aren't feeling it, that's OK. Just walk away and do something else for a bit. Your mojo will return before you know it.
ReplyDeleteThanks Suzy! I think I'm going to head to the bookshelf and see what I can find to read for the next few nights. Maybe some time off will help.
DeleteUck, I know that feeling too well-- it hit me this week too! As a result, I believe I started four new projects. None of which have really stuck. Best thing to do (from personal experience) is try a new craft. Anything you've wanted to bake lately? :) Hope the crafting-groove comes back soon!
ReplyDeleteWhen the mojo's not there, then you need a break. Maybe change up your routine ... can you fit some walks or bike rides in?
