A Year of Projects

While visiting some blogs during Wip Wednesday I came across "A Year of Projects".  Since I'm trying to get more organized on the knitting/crocheting homefront I've decided to jump in.  Some people are knitting/crocheting through a book.  My ultimate goal is to continue knitting/crocheting from stash.  With the exception of Rhinebeck, I have only purchased 3 skeins of yarn since December 2010.  This year is the same:  I'm hoping for no purchases until Rhinebeck.  (Although mom did just bring me some yarn from her trip to Ireland....I'm picking it up on Sunday and can't wait to see it!!!)

Here's the list I've come up with for A Year of Projects 2012-2013.  I'm using this as a guide, because part of the fun is picking out new projects :)

1. Hubby's blanket (just needs to be sewn together)
2. Kool Wool Sweater

4. L's blanket

    1. Not as tough as I thought it would be. My stash is out of control, so I'm really focusing on getting it to a more manageable size.

    1. At this point it has to happen. My stashroom is a disaster and at one point it was so overwhelming I just didn't even want to knit/crochet. A wonderful friend came over one day and helped me to organize it. It's better now, but my goal is to get it to fit in the closet, not have tubs all over the room.
